All of the 1decision resources have recently been assessed against the new PSHE Association quality assurance process. We are proud to say that every module within our programme has been awarded the new quality mark.

New child safety education project launched - sponsored by Herts Crime Commissioner

Fire Service Module Launch Event

Police and Crime Commissioner, David Lloyd, has welcomed the launch of a new education project that aims to make primary school children in Hertfordshire safer.

The Commissioner joined the team at 1decision Ltd on Wednesday (11th November) for a launch event of their new ‘Fire Service’ module, which was part-paid for with a grant from the Commissioner’s Community Fund (CCF).

Deedee joined the 1decision team and their guests at Stevenage Arts and Leisure Centre to celebrate the launch of 1decision's new Fire Service module. Deedee thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone and taking pictures with them!

Deedee and Zara, from the 1decision team, recently delivered a hazard workshop at Peartree Primary School in Stevenage. The children of Peartree did an excellent job of being hazard detectives and spotting potential dangers!

Deedee was joined by Almond Hill Primary School pupils and Stephen McPartland, Local MP, at Stevenage Fire Station. 1decision are currently developing a new module which looks at hoax calling, petty arson and texting whilst driving.

Alisha, aged 8.
“If you want to stay safe from the internet, you shouldn’t talk to people you don’t know and don’t give them your personal information”.

Leah, aged 8.
“If you eat something sugary you should brush your teeth as soon as you can. Deedee showed us a fun video about brushing teeth”.

Ryan, aged 7. 
"I really like 1decision because Deedee teaches us how to stay safe and healthy and about making good choices”.

Isobel, aged 9.
“We need to be careful to not leave things on the stairs because someone could trip and hurt themselves”.
