1decision Activity Worksheets

Coping with Puberty
Coping with puberty can be a challenging yet crucial phase in an individual's life. Activity worksheets designed to address the physical and emotional changes during this time provide a structured approach to navigate this transformative period. These worksheets often cover topics such as understanding hormonal changes, managing emotional well-being, and fostering healthy self-esteem.

Engaging in activities that encourage open communication, self-reflection, and self-care can empower adolescents to embrace their evolving identities. Worksheets may include exercises on recognising and expressing emotions, building positive body image, and establishing healthy relationships. By fostering a supportive environment for self-discovery, these activities contribute to a more informed and resilient transition through puberty. Moreover, they facilitate communication between educators, parents, and adolescents, creating a collaborative approach to navigating the challenges associated with this natural developmental process.

We create interactive PSHE and RSHE resources for primary children. As part of the media generation, we know how important it is to engage and teach from a young age. Each module is carefully created by PSHE and Safeguarding experts together with schools and, most importantly, children. We are proud to offer resources to over 2,000 schools in 47 UK counties and across the world.
